Ultrasonic observations:

The liver was normal in shape and size, the parenchymal echo was uneven, and the main portal vein was not wide. 2-3 anechoic shadows were found in the liver, with a larger size of 2.2*1.4cm. Multiple solid hypoechoic and slightly strong echoic structures were also observed. The larger size was of 8.7*9.2cm located at right rear lobe, the echo was slightly strong and there were some blood flow signals inside.

The size of the gallbladder was moderate, the wall thickened as to 0.5cm, no clear abnormal echo was found inside, no enlargement inner or outer liver bile duct area

The shape and size of the head of the pancreas were moderate, the echo was slightly enhanced, the size of the pancreatic end cystic structure was solid, mainly was substantial, about 14*9cm in size, the boundary was not clear, small cystic were visible inside, and the blood flow signal was small. The main pancreatic duct was not wide.

The thickness of spleen is normal, the echo was not homogeneous, there were several strong echoes in the spleen, the larger one was 0.3cm, the Spleen vein was 0.85cm.

Double kidney size normal, corticomedullary was in normal clarity; and Renal Pelvis had no expansion, on the left kidney upper side had mass high simultaneous nodules 1.7 * 1.4 cm, the boundary was clear, no obvious blood flow signal and did not see clearly on the right kidney space-occupying lesions. Gastrointestinal gas was in large amount, retroperitoneal probe was not so good

Peri-liver, spleen and lower-abdomen areas found free liquids; the deeper site was seated about 9.9cm lower abdominal area.

Ultrasonic diagnosis:

1, Pancreatic end cystic space-occupying solid, liver-inside multiple space-occupying solid (suggest to take image enhance check)

2, Liver cyst, liver slightly enlargement of the echo

3, Gallbladder wall thickening

4, Spleen portal vein slightly broadening, calcified spots in spleen

5, The left kidney had solid nodules

6, Ascites (a lot)
